We want you to be satisfied with Zinq.

If you are not satisfied with your paid Zinq subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund, contact support@zinq.co within the 14-day period and include the email address associated with your Zinq account.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on your payment provider.

After the 14-day refund period, payments are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
